Monica has three siblings and is in the third grade. Her family is very poor so they sent her to live a the convent to be cared for and to receive a good education. She loves to sing and dance with her friends as well as play outside. 

Moulika has shown a lot of improvement in her learning skills, and she's always interested in nature and loves learning and school. Her father works as a car driver and her mother stays home to care for the children. 

Nagalakshmi is from a very poor family and she lost both of her parents, more recently, her mother just last year. Nagalakshmi and her younger brother are both cared for by their grandmother, but she is too old to support them both, so she has asked the sisters for help. 

Nagalakshmi is the oldest of two children living with their grandmother after their father passed three years ago, and their mother is unable to care for them on her own. Nagalakshmi is a very bright girl and picks up her lessons easily, she even helps out her peers who are having trouble with their school work. 

Na Mi Un is the oldest child having a younger sister. Her father is physically deformed and weaves baskets, winnower, trays, mats, and chicken coops out of bamboo to sell in the market. Her mother is was hired at the school to supervise the kitchen and help on the farm where they grow various vegetables, fruit, and raise pigs and chickens. 

Paulo father died and his mother left him when she got remarried. Paulo now lives with his grandmother. He is very active and a kind boy even though he comes from a broken family. He is interested in sports and is a talented musician. 

Nang Kyan Kyawt lives with her grandmother since she was a baby. She was sent to the convent by her grandmother in order to get a good education. She is eager to learn and wants to learn everything. She is lively and clever. She likes to sing, dance and play team sports.

Nang lang has four siblings, She is a bright and sweet tempered girl. She is so happy to be able to go to school and get an education so that she can be a doctor when she is older, to help those in need. 

Nan Laung Nning is a charming and smart girl, both her and her twin sister Nan Laung Kham live in the convent, their father passed away and there mother is too sick to care for all of her six children. She is very active, and doing well in her studies. She likes drawing and painting and wants to be an educator when she grows up. She always tries her best in her studies. 

Nar Hga is eight years old, she has two brothers that she loves very much. She is in the third grade and doing very well in her studies she is a very smart little girl. She dreams of becoming a teacher when she grows up.

Na She Lar is the eldest among three siblings. She is in the grade IV and doing well in her studies, she is a lovely and smart girl who likes to sing and dance. 

Natale is a very active and lovely boy. He is starting kindergarten, learning how to read and write the alphabet, he has some friends at school but mainly likes to play alone. He loves being in the garden when he is at his house. Natale is an only children. His father is a farmer and his mother is too sick to work. His village is very far away from any schooling so he comes to the convent in order to get an education to have a good future.
