Chai Sing Aong has two older brothers and a sister. His brother isn't studying, and his sister is studying nursing. His father is a pharmacist, and his mother is a housewife. He loves to play soccer with his friends. He would like to be a police officer in the future. 

Cherry is starting the eighth grade,  she came to live in the convent to continue her studies after the coup happened and her home was destroyed. Her parents work on a small farm and make very little money. Cherry is a kind and smart girl, she dreams of becoming a teacher when she grows up. 

Cho Nwe Oo is the oldest among three siblings. She is attending Grade VI, and doing well in her studies. Her family passed away due to illness and her mother struggled to care for her and her siblings so she was taken to our convent in order to get a good education. She is a lovely and active girl with lots of friends. She likes drawing and painting pictures. 

Christina is in standard six, last year in standard five she stood out first out of fifty-five students. Their parents live in Nong Kan Village, just outside of Leper Colony, and neither have steady jobs. Christina and her younger sister were sent to the Sisters to help be cared for and educated properly.   

Digonto Theotonius Hasdak comes from a middle class tribal family. His family lives in a small house and does not have any land to cultivate, so they must go out and find work. He is a good student, currently in fourth grade and he is always eager to study! In his free time, he enjoys playing football with his friends in a field near the school.

Divya has an older brother in 6th grade in the neighboring school. Her parent's are day wage laborers but since the area has been hit with a bad drought, they have to travel to look for work.

Doris is starting the sixth grade, she is a very sweet and smart girl. Her parents care a lot about her education and therefore dropped her off at the convent so that she could be taught by the sisters and teachers. 

Elizabeth has six siblings and she is the second oldest. She helps take care of her siblings whenever she can. She is very clever and bright. She is attending Grade VIII and is doing very well in her studies. She dreams of becoming a nurse or doctor when she grows up. 

Elizabeth is the oldest child in her family. She has one little brother, although they only have two children her parent cannot take care of them properly because they have a very hard time finding work. She is in the eight grade and doing well in her studies, she is a very smart girl, who cares a lot about others. 

Francis AH Gog is the oldest of his siblings , he has a younger brother and sister. He family lives very far from the parish, so they sent him to the hostel so that he can get a good education. They family is very poor and have very little. Francis is a good boy who tries his best. His parents werent raise catholic, but they both converted and want all of their children to be catholic as well. Francis is a calm boy who is very helpful. 

Francis is studying the Chinese subjects and doing very well. He is the oldest in his family, his parents live in a far town and both are uneducated so they wanted to make sure that their son was able to get a good education. He is interested in games, music and learning different languages, He is a bright boy with a good character.

There are seven brothers and sisters in this family. The parents are working as gardener. There is no regular income for this family. The elder brother and sister are leaving school and helping the parents in the garden. It is still very difficult for the parents to support and see for the needs of Than Soe Naing to continue his study. Than Soe Naing is attending school in Taungngu high school. He needs of school uniform, stationery and school fees. There is no regular income for this family and they are really finding very difficult for their daily survival. So, for the better of this poor child and his family, I would like to request you to adopt him as your adopted child.
