Stephen comes from a large family. He is in the sixth grade and doing well in his studies, He is a very smart and bright boy who always tries his best. He likes playing football and soccer with his friends.

The mother of Stephen John Ko died shortly after giving birth to him, their father is a border post guard, but he is very ill with jungle malaria and has a difficult time making it to work. Ambrosio is very thankful to the sisters for helping his two children be cared for an get the education they deserve.     

Stephen, is attending the sixth grade and is very studious and punctual. He has many Hobbies which include; reading, singing, playing instruments and playing football. He wants to be a good teacher when he grows up. 

Subha Sri's family is very poor. Her parents are illiterate and are day laborers. They aren't able to find regular work because of the rain in the area where they live. Subha Sri has an older sister and a younger brother. They all attend the same school. Subha Sri is very smart and does well in her studies.

Suborna is in fourth grade and she does very well in school. In her free time, she likes to play with her friends at the boarding house and they like to pretend play house. 

Suchona has two siblings, she is in class I. Her father is a farmer and her mother does not work so her family is very poor. She is a very sweet young girl who likes the color purple.

Suganda belongs to a very poor Christian family. she has two older brothers. Their mother died of cancer in March of 2018. Suganda and her brothers are looked after by their maternal grandparents. Their grandparents are unable to work due to their age and health issues. The family does not have a house of their own. They rent a house in a poor area. Her father tries to get work as a day laborer when it's available. The family finds it very difficult to meet expenses. Suganda enjoys going to school and is doing well in her studies. Her oldest brother has left school in order to try to find work. Her other brother is in 8th grade at the government school.

Sumona is in the class III, she is doing well in her studies. She is a good and kind girl who always helps other. She wants to be a teacher when she grows up, her family has very little but she never loses hope. 

Suresh Babu's father works as a truck driver and receives very little in wages, and his mother is a housewife.  He has two sisters, so supporting a family of five is difficult with only one person working. Suresh Babu is a friendly and hardworking boy.  His parents are happy that he is going to school. Suresh really likes math and science and spends time at the playground with friends.  

Suronjona is a very sweet and loving kid. She is a social butterfly and likes being around her friends. She is in Class IV and doing well in her studies. Her father is a daily worker and her mother does not have a job, they have very little but Suronjona always remains positive. 

Susmita is an Orao girl, which is one of the ethnic groups here in Bangladesh. She lives near the parish with her family. She has two sisters. Her mother is a housewife and her father is a daily laborer. The family does not own land so the parents work seasonally for other people. Susmita likes to dance and play with her friends. She attends class at the Mission School.

She attends fifth grade at the missions school.  Her surname tells us that she is a Santal, one of the many ethnic groups present in the country.
