Monan is the oldest of two children, having a younger sister. Monan is in eighth grade, and he does very well in school. In his free time, he likes to sing and says he wants to be a doctor when he grows up.

Mong Swe Mya is the youngest of two. He has an older brother who will take the SSC exam, and hopefully, we will recruit him for a job. His parents are Jhum cultivators, and this form of farming is their only source of income for the family. Mong Swe Mya likes to play soccer with his friends, and he wants to be a soldier in the future. 

Moulika has shown a lot of improvement in her learning skills, and she's always interested in nature and loves learning and school. Her father works as a car driver and her mother stays home to care for the children. 

Nagalakshmi is from a very poor family and she lost both of her parents, more recently, her mother just last year. Nagalakshmi and her younger brother are both cared for by their grandmother, but she is too old to support them both, so she has asked the sisters for help. 

Nagalakshmi is the oldest of two children living with their grandmother after their father passed three years ago, and their mother is unable to care for them on her own. Nagalakshmi is a very bright girl and picks up her lessons easily, she even helps out her peers who are having trouble with their school work. 

Na Mi Un is the oldest child having a younger sister. Her father is physically deformed and weaves baskets, winnower, trays, mats, and chicken coops out of bamboo to sell in the market. Her mother is was hired at the school to supervise the kitchen and help on the farm where they grow various vegetables, fruit, and raise pigs and chickens. 

Nang lang has four siblings, She is a bright and sweet tempered girl. She is so happy to be able to go to school and get an education so that she can be a doctor when she is older, to help those in need. 

Navaneetha and her younger brother are being raised solely by their mother after their father ran off three years ago. Last year, Navaneetha started to live with her aunt who lives in Vinukoda near St. Mary's Elementary where she can attend school. 

There are nine children in his family. Necodemus father passed away three years ago, now is mother has to take care of all of the children by herself. His mother is getting old and has a very hard time supporting all of her children. She often does not have a regular income. Necodemus is a good boy and zealous to continue his studies. 

Nehanitha is very good at reading and writing, and her parents cannot provide for her basic needs and school. Now she has joined our boarding and is very happy.

Nang Sao Phong is the only daughter in the family, unfortunate her father is with epilepsy and her mother suffers from pile. her parents became completely disabled and live as inmates of Leper Colony under the care of the Sisters. She has a rare skin disorder and her classmates are afraid to go near her so she doesn't have many friends. Her intelligence is above average and she works really hard to learn the lessons in school.

Ngyeo Me Sing has five siblings. Her three older sisters are married. Her older brother works with her parents, who work doing Juhm cultivation, a form of farming. Ngyeo Me Sing likes to draw, and she dreams of being a teacher in the future.
