Ma Alice is the first daughter of her family. She is very smart and friendly to others. Her parents work as farmers to try and support their children. Alice is a good girl who dreams of becoming a nurse so she can help others. 

Assumpta is the second oldest of four children living in a remove village where there is no schooling and transportation is difficult to come by. After the passing of her mother in 2016, her father left to go look for work in different villages, leaving the children with his sister to care for, aside from caring for her own children. Unfortunately, after a year, funds were wearing down and she was no longer able to care for the children like they needed, so she entrusted them to the Sisters at St. Francis Xavier's Orphanage. There the children have food on the table, clean clothes on their backs, and they are able to receive an education they wouldn't have gotten otherwise. 

Ma Cilian lives at the Bonetta boarding, she is in the fourth grade and very interested in literature and doing well in her studies. She is a sweet and kind girl who is loved by all who meet her. 

Ma Elizabeth is the youngest daughter among ten siblings. Her parents work in farming. The children live with only their mother. Elizabeth is in second grade and is a polite girl who is enthusiastic to learn. 

Ma Helen is the second child born among four siblings. Her father is a very faithful catholic. Her parents came to the convent asking for them to take their daughter so that she can get a good education. She is in nursery and is doing well, she had a hard time adjusting being away from her family as she is so young, but she is starting to make friends and is becoming less and less shy. 

Mahi is a new student who is in good health. She comes from a very poor family but always tries her best. She likes to dance, draw and go to the Holi festival. Her favorite color is pink and her favorite food is Milk Chapati.

Ma Hnin Thet Wai Hnin lives in the Tongtit village. SHe has no place to live because her house burned down. She has six members in her family and she is the eldest child out of 4. She is fourteen and is study in grade eight. She is a very smart girl who is passionate about her school work. 

Her parents are in the village and they are both healthy. She is in the 8th grade and has one little sister. She wants to become a nurse when she is older. She helps the sister water the garden after school.

Ma Khayae Thant Zin is thirteen years old and is studying the sixth grade, both of her parents passed away. Now she is staying with her grandmother, she helps her grandmother around the house and is a very good and kind person.

Ma Mary Christine has four siblings and she is the oldest out of the four. She is thirteen and in the sixth grade. Only her father works because her mother is in poor health. She is a kind and smart girl. 

Ma Na Khu is the fourth child among seven siblings. Her family is very poor so she was sent to the convent in order to be care for and to get a good education. She is a sweet and kind girl who is loved by all who meet her, she has the sweetest personality. 

Ma Na Phu Ke is the youngest child among five siblings. She has come to live at the convent because her village is 30 miles away from the nearest school. She is a good and kind girl who is doing very well in her studies. She wants to be an educator when she grows up.
