Girls in Papua New Guinea Receive the Gift of Safety from PIME USA Supporters

In early 2024, Sr. Chiara turned to the PIME U.S. Mission Center and its supporters for aid of $6,667 to help replace and build up the perimeter fence at the hostel for girls in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. The problems of the capital city had resulted in several breaches of the fence, putting the safety of the girls and sisters at risk.  Recently, Sr. Chiara reported back to the PIME U.S. Mission Center on the project completion. Thanks to PIME U.S. donors, many of whom participated through the 2024 Virtual Stations of the Cross, all the funds were raised and Sr. Chiara was able to repair and reinforce the security fence, keeping all of them safe inside.

Thank you for helping Sr. Chiara and the girls in Port Moresby so they may continue their path and follow their formation in Christ!
