In 2023, PIME U.S. supporters with our 2023 Tastes of Italy event helped PIME Missionary Fr. Suresh Kumar Dowluri, or Fr. Bosco as he is known, raise $7,778 to provide food baskets to 552 needy families of his parish. The program was so successful that Fr. Bosco requested additional help of $10,000 to distribute baskets for Christmas 2023 and Easter 2024. Thanks to your support, $10,000 was raised for Fr. Bosco to purchase more food baskets for those in the favelas. With your help, Fr. Bosco made and delivered baskets to 605 families during these two important holidays. He was even able to provide some chocolate and sweets for the children.
Fr. Bosco and the community of Our Lady of the Angels thank all their PIME U.S. supporters who helped in this act of charity, love, and sharing. Thank you for being a blessing to those most in need in São Paulo, Brazil!
