Dhanjuri Leprosy Center Director Fr. Michael D’Cruze provided an update on how the assistance of PIME USA supporters has been essential for the Center in Bangladesh. The Center has been able to implement early leprosy case detection to reduce disabilities among the people of Dinajpur. It has brought leprosy awareness and education to schools and markets, performed health checkups and follow up care (at the center or with home visits), and provided specialized footwear.
