It aims for full implementation of multi-drug therapy service in partnership with the government and covers 13 sub-districts of Dinajpur, areas known as the highest leprosy endemic of Bangladesh.  Activities at the Center include case detection through the information program, house to house visits and absentee tracing, treatment of all patients, prevention of deformity (P.O.D.), community based rehabilitation, education for both patient and the public and staff development training.  Thanks to the help of PIME USA donors, those with leprosy in Dinajpur have been helped over the past few years.  The clinic continues to need annual support of $5,555 for the coming three years (2023-25). With your help, the leprosy patients of Dinajpur will continue to receive the healthcare they need for years to come.
