Mg Frances and his two brothers are three of five children raised by both of their parents in a village nearly 30 miles away from the Keng Tong hostel. While the boys aren't living at the hostel, they are lucky enough to stay at home since there is a school in their village. Through the program, they can have their tuition paid for stay with their family. Mg Frances is the second oldest and is in third grade this year. He is very attentive and loves going to school, learning new things.
