Khulna is a little city in the South of Bangladesh, and belongs to the Khulna Diocese. Some of the people live off agriculture, some work in the office and others are daily workers. The Pime sisters have a hospital for leprosy and TB patients. When people get sick they cannot work and need money for medicines and treatment. Zannaty is our patient, she is on special treatment for heart disease. She is the second of three children. Her family is poor: her father works in a shop and her mother is at home to take care of the family.
